Yippiee it's July!!

Wow being off work has kept me hopping!! Never ending battle with yard work. I worked outside yesterday just about all day took a break when my Mom & little brother came over. I cut his hair & we chatted for a bit.
We got the lattice up but it's not the small weave :( they want almost 30 bucks a sheet?? It's not as private as I wanted. Need to get some bushier plants!

Strawberries & Cream Sherbet
1 (1 lb.) bag frozen strawberries, unsweetened
1 can (12 fl. oz.) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Lowfat 2% Milk (used regular)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

PLACE frozen strawberries, evaporated milk, sugar and lemon juice in food processor; process until smooth.

POUR into 8-inch-square baking pan. Place in freezer for about 20 minutes, until ice crystals begin to form around edge of dish. Using fork, stir icy portions into middle of pan. Repeat, stirring edges into center every 20 minutes or until frozen (about 1 hour). Cover tightly. Freeze for up to 2 months. To serve, scoop into small paper cups, paper cones or martini glasses.

TIPS: • 3 cups fresh, whole strawberries can be substituted for frozen. Freeze berries before using.

I think the stars on the lattice are really nice!
The sherbet looks delish. Tango kitty is adorable.

Hey! I think your lattice looks great, and that strawberry ice cream is making my mouth water. Strawberry is my all-time favorite.

Love all of your photos...especially the hydrangea and the beach scene. And your Tango looks just like my Wilson! =^..^=

Happy Fourth!

XOXO,

Cyndi
