WOW!! Long time no see!!

I can't believe it's been 4 months since I posted!! I had my surgery & it's been a rough road to recovery. I'm having issues with recurring kidney infections. Hopefully it will stop happening!!
I took the pictures down from my last 2 posts due to they went thru Picassa & I want my pictures all in one place instead of all over!

Veggie dinner night!!

So my roommate is out of town & I decided to do a veggie dinner!! Yay
So I thought they were leaving this afternoon (they still haven't left yet) I found some great deals at Lowes food this morning. Got 2 packs of butternut squash a pack of stew veggies ( red potatoes, celery, baby carrots & onions) & green beans!! Yummy!!
I roasted the stew mix with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder & pepper.

I also roasted the squash with olive oil & sprinkled some Badia complete seasoning on it!

Going to cook the green beans & the other pack of squash tomorrow!
