This is a lot bigger than it looks on the pattern?? I did not like the construction, directions??!! So I'm thinking of taking it apart & making this

Cute! I have a suggestion for purse patterns. The very first purse I made was made using a pattern from Quilt's Illustrated called "Mini Bow Tucks". By far, the best written instructions ever. All her patterns are written very simply and direct with great illustrations for the tricky stuff. The designer is Penny Sturges. I don't know if she does all their stuff but the patterns she writes are great. Once you learn the basics about construction, you can make just about anything you can think of!
I love the how the brown and pink just go together beautifully. And the camera bag's cool..love them both.
