I have never heard of Music Paper. When I saw the picture, it made me think of toasted pita bread broken up, but then I saw your note. Had to look it up. The pics I saw look a lot like the Armenian Cracker Bread we get a lot. You see some versions in stores as Lavash, but to me, Lavash is soft, like a huge square tortilla, rather than crackers. So this is a Scandinavian twist. I'll have to look into it more. :)
