So I ordered this Hello Kitty cake pan from Amazon! YAY!! I received it yesterday, but it's got scratches :( So I emailed them last night & I got a reply today!!! WOW!! How Awesome!!! Thanks for the email. I am sorry that your are unsatisfied with your recent purchase. I would be happy to send you a replacement order. Wow! That is amazing service. The Hello Kitty is making such a wonderful comeback with my granddaughters. I wish I had saved all of my daughter's Hello Kitty stuff for them to enjoy. It is such a cheery logo and she had purses, clothes, hair accessories and all. Glad it is back again. I hope you share your cake with us!!!
