Got spoiled by the 80 plus weather. Azaleas are starting to bloom, but it's been raining & cold, uggggggg!! Have had a fire going since last night & it's toasty in the family room!! I made a meatloaf too! Kept the kitchen toasty too! Plus it was yummy!!
I've seen a few people in blogger world doing straight line quilting.
So I impressed myself today. By learning how to straight line quilt on a regular sewing machine & a 1/4 inch foot!! This is my test runner made from leftover blocks!
Than I finished this charm party tote!
I also had a birthday last Friday, worked & came home & spent it with my girls!

Love your tote. I've got that pattern, but have not made it yet. Happy Birthday. I've got one coming up real soon too ;-)
I don't know which of the two I like more! And I am over the cold, too! Will it ever end?
I love your straight line quilting. I doesn't look like you had any problems with it.

It is starting to warm up here now and I could not be more pleased.

I LOVE to straight line quilt and yours looks wonderful...
I really like the look of your straight line quilting. I don't like the idea of it being cold there again, though. I am SICK of cold weather....and I'm thinking you are, too.
Happy Birthday! I don't think that straight line quilting appeals to me. I used to do something like it a long time ago, though
