Make sure your yeast is fresh. thats usually the issue with rising. It got a really nice first rise, then I think you sprinkled herbs and cheese on top and let it continue or something like that - can't remember now. Anyhow, when I went back to bake it, it looked like a flat tire. I cried from laughing - baked it anyhow and it was delicious.
